Polka Dot Toe Nail Tutorial in 3 Simple Steps

You can achieve this look on your nails/toes in three simple steps and switch up the colors to your liking!!

Step 1-Paint big toe white. I Used Ulta in snow white.
Step 2-Paint the rest of your toes/nails red. I used wet n' wiled in Everybody Loves Redmond (target).
Step 3-When the white is completely dry, take a toothpick or dotting tool and polka dot away. I used Sinful colors in Black on Black.
